Val Taylor has been in a leadership role his entire career and more recently been head of HR for a Salt
Lake City based software company for 10 years. He has operated in HR functions for small companies
and large enterprises for over 20 years. He's led teams of 4 to 40 in companies from 20 to 20,000. You
can trust Val and members of his team. You'll hear from him first if there is a challenge.
